Dear Shareholders:
Shares this month are a little heavier on chicken and beef than normal (depending on what you selected). We just finished processing chickens for the year and also cut our first whole steer in house earlier this summer, our freezer is well stocked with both! While we aim for consistent pork production year round, we always end up with some variation. Our pork supply has been a little lighter than normal the last few months, but should pick up again this fall.
Please remember to bring back your orange insulated bags when you pick up.

Whole Chicken: Our slower growing pastured raised chicken. Roast whole or cut it into pieces for multiple meals (see below). (Full and Basic shares)
