Description
Porchetta is a traditional Italian roast of herb scented pork that is juicy in the center with a crackling fat cap on the outside. A layer of fennel, garlic, olive oil and spices is spread before the roast is rolled and tied with twine. We make ours from a boneless pork belly with the loin attached for a rich exterior and finely marbled interior.
Porchetta is very rich and a little goes a long way. This savory, boneless porchetta is seasoned, rolled and ready for the oven.
Porchetta will be fresh (not frozen) and available for pick-up at the farm December 22-24 (9a – 7p), unless other arrangements are made.
