Featured Item: Chicken & Apple Sausage – We have been busy creating some new chicken and turkey sausages over the last two weeks. Chicken & Apple is the first to hit our store shelves, and the one w sampled last Saturday. The sweetness of the apples makes this a good breakfast sausage candidate. I can also see it going well with pasta.
Farm Update: We got the first batch of chickens in for the year. They come to us as day old chicks. We keep them warm inside in a brooder until they get a little bigger and then get them out on grass in our mobile coops.
