October got away from me and I didn’t send out a single store update. We are cruising along on our addition project, the new driveway is in place and the shell of the building is up. Our pork selection remains really low. We restocked bacon today, but remain low on most of our sausage offerings.

Construction on our new store is in full swing. We’ve moved our driveway entrance to the new location, and have a temporary store entrance on the side of the building. We spent the day yesterday processing turkeys for Thanksgiving. After not having any turkeys to sell last year, we are excited to be working with Hogwash Farm in Norwich, VT to process and sell some of their pasture raised turkeys at our farm. This was the first of two batches we have planned this year.
