Featured Item: Wild Ramp Sausage – Spring is the season of asparagus, spinach and wild ramps. We have asparagus and spinach available in our refrigerator, and we have a limited edition sausage made with locally foraged wild ramps available in our freezer.
Farm Update: We continue to make progress on getting livestock out on pasture. Our first round of meat chickens got outside earlier this week, plus more pigs, and beef animals as well.
