We picked up more tomatoes from Green Wagon Farm and made another batch of Tomato Garlic sausage this week. We always enjoy producing these unique one time sausages, it just has been hard to always find the time. It’s on my list to do a better job with that going forward.
We also are curing some pork loins for Canadian bacon, and beef belly for beef bacon this week. Look for those in our farm store in a couple weeks!
