We are taking pre-orders this year for smoked hams and porchetta. We are making porchetta and curing and smoking hams the next two weeks and will have them ready right before the Christmas weekend.

We have a good selection of pork rib roasts and loin roasts in stock, as well as whole ducks, as some other thoughts if you are looking for something special. As always reach out if you have any questions.
