We’ve been busy this past week working on our holiday offerings, including porchetta and pork pies. We also will have beef rib roasts, pork rib roasts, leg of lamb, and racks of lamb available. We are in the process of smoking more hams, and will have whole, half, and boneless hams available.
We try to stock our store with a variety of options, but I recommend pre-ordering, or stopping in during the week when someone will be available (9a-5p) for best selection.
