At the Farm Store: Feb 5 – Feb 11

We got a whole side of grass fed beef in from Snug Valley Farm in Hardwick, VT this week. New cuts include stew beef, stir fry beef, t-bone steaks and porterhouse steaks.

We are scheduled to pick up more bacon on Friday and are cutting a whole pig on Monday, so will have chops back in stock on Tuesday.
