At the Farm Store: Feb 11 – Feb 17

In the kitchen this week we made more of our Cilantro Lime Chicken Sausage as well as a batch of Mortadella. Similar to bologna in appearance and texture, this traditional Italian luncheon meat has large chunks of white pork fat, plus we added pistachios to our version. Goes well in sandwiches or cheese platters.
