At the Farm Store: Jan 8 – Jan 14

We made our first British banger type sausage on Monday. In the Cumberland style this sausage is typically sold and served in a spiral. We baked it in our best cast iron at 400 for 25 minutes. We have some small (1 lb.) and large (2 lbs.) spirals available in our store.
