Pork Kabob – cubes of pork shoulder ready to go on a skewer, stir fry, or stew. I had to add this to our label list because it’s something we haven’t packed up before, but wanted to try. Test it our and let us know what you think!
Farm Update:
We ordered our meat chickens for the upcoming summer this past week. For us chicken is more of a seasonal endeavor than pork or beef, so it has more of a time off and opportunity for reflection. Our first round is set to arrive in late April and be ready for consumption in June.
