At the Farm Store: Mar 19 – Mar 25

We have been busy boiling sap in our renovated sugarhouse the last couple weeks, and are excited for some more good sugaring weather this month. Our sugaring operation is very small scale, so our plan this year is to use the syrup we produce in our bacon and breakfast sausage, and continue to rely on other local producers for the syrup we sell in our store. Feel free to stop in and say hello if we are boiling.
