Farm Update:
We dusted off our maple syrup equipment and tapped a couple trees this past week. At one point we were using our own maple syrup in our butcher shop, but it became clear that our maple operation wasn’t large enough to keep up. All of the maple syrup in our sausage and bacon production we now get from our friends at Hedgerow Maple in Alstead
