We try to maintain a small number of each cut that we have available in our farm store. If you are interested in a larger quantity of something, or a different size let us know, we probably have it in the walk in freezer.
We carry fresh pork hocks, which are great low and slow for soups, stews, or by themselves. We don’t carry any smoked hocks, because our hams get trimmed before them are cured and smoked. But we do periodically get ham “ends” which work well if you want an additional smokey flavor in that soup.
