We are busy getting ready for the winter pig migration. I anticipate we’ll start moving pigs off pasture and into winter housing in the next week or two as the weather gets colder and fields get muddy.
We cut more pork on Monday, including refreshing our supply of Archway Breakfast sausage patties. We have a great supply right now of fresh cuts (chops, roasts, ribs, etc.) as well as sausage, bacon and ham.
