At the Farm Store: Nov 10 – Nov 16

We got the last group of pigs in winter housing earlier this week, before the sleet and rain came. Our beef animals on the other side of the arch will also soon be in winter housing. Once they finish move through our last pastures they will be eating hay in the heifer barn at Stonewall Farm.

We are curing and smoking all of our own hams in house this year. We make them in small batches and freezer them in anticipation of the holiday rush. It’s never too early, we have smoked half hams available in our store right now, and will likely sell out before Christmas.
