Featured Item: Hot Dogs (aka Frankfurters) – We’ve been taking our pork to Noack’s in Meriden, CT for the last 5 years to have them make frankfurters. They do an excellent job, and have better equipment to emulsify and smoke a large quantity of hot dogs. I would characterize Noack’s as an old school eastern European butcher shop, worth a stop in sometime if you’re driving down I91 south of Hartford.
