Ironically, we have bacon in stock, but are out of almost all of our other pork. Towards the end of next week we should be restocking a number of items. We have fresh bread in our store two days a week now, Saturday and Wednesday! Beni has been baking for the Saturday Chesterfield Farmers Market (where you can also get eclairs) and bringing a small selection mid-morning for our farm store. Tomorrow is #freshporkfriday. We will have fresh chops, roasts, and ribs in the refrigerator.

We had fewer pigs going to the butcher in July and August than is normal for us. On top of increased demand that has had us running low on a number of items this summer. The good news is starting next week through the fall we have a much larger number of pigs scheduled. We

We got away from the farm for a couple days and forgot to put the farm store update together. We still have some chops, ribs, roasts and tenderloins available from Friday. We processed more chicken today, so will have a full selection of cuts available tomorrow afternoon (Boneless Breasts, Tenders, Legs & Thighs, Wings). Whole chickens are back in stock, we processed a batch on Monday and are doing more tomorrow. If you are interested in stocking up, we offer a 10% discount if you buy 10 or more whole chickens.
