We are excited to have more fresh Picadilly Farm produce available in our store. Radishes, salad turnips, kale, spring greens and popcorn all got delivered earlier this week. We made a Chipolata sausage just in time for the holiday weekend. Our take on the classic French sausage includes cream, shallots and thyme. Mortadella is back in stock. Finely ground pork, similar to bologna, but with the addition of small cubes of fat and pistachios. We are excited to have local milk available once again, from Contoocook Creamery in Contoocook, NH. It’s been a little bit of a challenge because we are small volume compared to some other stores, and some of the local dairies are small and only have a limited amount of milk. We have our own composted pig manure for sale again this spring. We are selling the version that is 2 years old, so well decomposed and not smelling like manure. It is not screened however, so you will find some small wood chips or sticks. Bags are available self serve at the store for $5.

We’re a little early, but we’re excited to have our beef animals on our fields, right across from the farm store. This is the first stop of multiple fields they will be grazing this summer, but it sure is nice to have them so close. Come say hi! Currently in Stock:Smoked / Ready to Eat

We are no longer taking smoked ham pre-orders for Easter, however we do still have ham and legs of lamb available, mostly frozen half hams.
