We are no longer taking smoked ham pre-orders for Easter, however we do still have ham and legs of lamb available, mostly frozen half hams. Our Bratwurst sausage is back in stock after a long break. Our version is fresh (not smoked) with ginger and white pepper plus the addition of milk and eggs which give it a creamy texture. We have chorizo back in stock. One of the sausages we try to regularly have in stock, has been out for a little while. This Mexican style chorizo has red wine vinegar and tequila in at, and goes great with tacos, eggs, and much more… Currently in Stock:Smoked / Ready to Eat Meat Ground /

We loaded up the smoked with pork butts tonight to refresh our supply of pulled pork. Look for it in our store Friday afternoon. Our supply of bacon has not been enough to keep up with demand recently. We have a small amount still left, and more that we will be packaging up early next

We have more time, and more pork in the winter, so we are working on restocking our farm store inventory. Hot Italian sausage this week, Sweet Italian and maybe Mexican Chorizo next week. Bacon is still out of stock for the moment, but we have more that will be ready by the end of next
